Winter Opening Hours (Off-season)
Our off-season opening hours can be subject to change with limited opening hours in October, November and March. We are generally closed in December January and February. Please keep an eye on our social media accounts or email us for more information.
Delivery & Dispatch
We aim to ship all orders within 3 days of receipt of order. Visit here Shipping policy for expected online order delivery.
After your parcel is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

To track the progress of a package dispatched through Fedex, visit the Fedex website.
To track the progress of a package dispatched through An Post, while it is still in Ireland, visit the An Post website.
When a parcel is sent internationally with An Post, the Irish postal service, it will be delivered by the postal service in your country. To track your parcel, simply enter the tracking number on your local courier’s website.

Yes! To simplify sending gifts to family and friends, you can store multiple mailing addresses in your account.
FOR DELIVERIES TO IRELAND, EUROPEAN UNION MEMBER COUNTRIES AND THE USA
Taxes and Duties are prepaid for all deliveries to Ireland, EU member counties and the USA. Additional tax/duty charges should not be incurred.
If for some reason the courier applies any charges at the time of delivery, please contact us with valid proof of payment we will reimburse you for the charges applied by the courier.
FOR DELIVERIES TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES INCLUDING THE UK, OTHER NON-EU MEMBER COUNTRIES AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
Please note that if you are purchasing products from outside Ireland, you may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, or charges as per your local revenue legislation.
In this case, the person receiving the products is responsible for all additional charges such as import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges.
If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure that the recipient of the goods are fully informed about these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount, so we cannot offer any assistance. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Please note that any returns from countries outside the EU may incur costs, including transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs charges. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods. Visit here our Shipping policy (link to Shipping Policy) for more details.
If you are not home for the delivery of your parcel, our courier/postal service will leave a card with their contact details, in which case you can contact them to reschedule the delivery or to arrange to collect your order. Note if no signature is required the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location at your home or with a neighbour or concierge to avoid returning it to us.
Placing an Order Online
No, you are not required to set up an account to shop online with us. Simply use guest check out to complete your purchase.
By creating an account, you can access and manage your order history, address details, wish list, gift card balance, and payment details. This will save you time during your next purchase.
Setting up an account with us is a quick and easy process that takes only a few minutes. You can setup an account from the checkout page or by clicking here and enter your email address, and a password will be sent to your email account. You will be able to subscribe to our newsletter and get exclusive access to our latest offers and discounts before anyone else!
If you prefer not to register an account, our guest checkout option allows you to complete a purchase. Simply provide your name, address, email, and payment information.
Unfortunately it’s not possible to add items to an existing order. If you need to add more items, please contact us within a few hours of placing your order. We will hold off on dispatching it until you place a new order for the additional items. Once you place the new order, please inform us of the order number, and we’ll refund one of the postage charges.

All payment transations are processed in EURO. We do, however, provide currency conversion estimations in USD $ and GBP £.
After placing your order, you should receive an email containing your order number. In case you don’t receive the email, kindly double-check the spelling of your email address and ensure that it is correct. Also, check your junk mail folder in case it was filtered there. If you have double-checked and are still uncertain, please contact us, and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes the items you buy may not be exactly what you were looking for, and that’s why we have made our return process as easy as possible. You can return items that you’ve purchased from us within 30 days of receiving your goods. Please note that the items you’re returning should be unused, unworn and in the same condition as you received them. It’s also important that all tags/labels are attached, and the items are in their original packaging.

If you have the original receipt (applies for purchases in-store) and the items you returned (in-store and online) comply with our return policy, we will be happy to issue a refund back to the original payment method. The refund process usually takes 3-5 days, depending on your bank. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 21 days for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid with a gift card, don’t worry! We’ll issue you a new e-gift card for the refunded amount.
Tregan e-gift cards can be purchased for any amount online and redeemed in our physical or online store. Our E-Gift Card is delivered straight to the recipient’s inbox. A truly wonderful gift delivered in minutes!
