Returns & Exchange
We understand that sometimes the items you buy may not be exactly what you were looking for, and that’s why we have made our return process as easy as possible.
You can return items that you’ve purchased from us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Items you wish to return should be unused, unworn and in the same condition as you received them. It’s also important that all tags/labels are attached, and the items are in their original packaging.
For all valid returns, you will need to pay return postage and we highly recommend requesting proof of postage. Once returns are received in their original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. All returns are processed for a refund. Should you need an exchange, please reorder your items online.

Please note that earrings (unless faulty) are ineligible for return for health and hygiene reasons. Gift e-cards and gift boxes are also non-refundable.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges
If you made an in-store purchase, you’re welcome to return items with the original receipt. When it comes to online purchases, you will require proof of order (receipt or email confirmation with order number). Please ensure that the items you wish to return comply with our return policy.
Online Returns & Exchanges
To return your item, simply repack it and include the following details inside the package:
- Your order reference number
- The email address used to place the order
- Your phone number
- The reason for return
After ensuring all the necessary details are included, send the parcel back to us at the following address:

If an item is returned that is not eligible for a return, we won’t be able to provide you with a refund. If you need the item to be returned to you, there will be shipping charges. Here’s a list of items that can’t be returned. Thank you for your understanding!
- Worn Clothing
- Items not returned in their original condition, and without all their original tags still attached.
If you have the original receipt (applies for purchases in-store) and the items you returned (in-store and online) comply with our return policy, we will be happy to issue a refund back to the original payment method. The refund process usually takes 3-5 days, depending on your bank. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 21 days for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid with a gift card, don’t worry! We’ll issue you a new e-gift card for the refunded amount.
It is important to note that returns or refunds will be granted based solely on the purchase value of the item. Please be aware that E-Gift Cards are considered equivalent to cash and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
